We wrote couple of months ago about this terrific ongoing project on Flagler street to make it look new and fresh for 2017. The project has thirteen phases to be completed in eighteen months.

June 16th Flagler Update:
- Paving operations are complete for phase 1, striping and cleaning is already done. Therefore, the intersection of West 1st ave and Flagler street is open.
- Mobilization for phases 2, 3 and 4 already began this morning (06/16/2016) and they are expected to be completed simultaneously by the end of November 2016.
- Access to businesses will be maintained at all times, including our coworking space and incubator.
